Would you like to shape the future of our Trust, and join one of our thriving schools as a Governor?

We have a vacancy for both parent/carer and co-opted governors (you can apply for the role of a co-opted governor, even if you do not have children at our school).

The role of a governor can be very rewarding, and volunteering to be on our local governing body will provide you with the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to your local community and the future of our children. Governors sit on our local governing body and work with the Head of School and the school’s Senior Leadership Team. A strong governing body is made up of a group of people who will contribute various skills and experience, and who will commit to working together for the benefit of the school and the local communities in which we work.

If you decide to join the team, you will receive lots of support and training and have opportunities to visit the school, work with fellow governors and work alongside the Head of School. The minimum time commitment is 4 meetings, distributed across the academic year (all meetings start at 5:00 pm). It is completely up to you if you decide to commit more time to the role

ONLY 4 MEETINGS SPREAD ACROSS THE YEAR
FULL TRAINING & SUPPORT AVAILABLE
VERY REWARDING VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY
